David Hollis - Probably the D.G. Hollis buried at Mount Pisgah Baptist Church Cemetery in Austell, Cobb County, Georgia (b. 1843; d. 1889), Confederate veteran with the 7th GA Infantry, Co. C, Paulding Volunteers, wounded at 1st Manassas and discharged due to a disabled arm (may have lost an arm).
William Hollis - may have died during the Civil War although I have not yet found a record for him serving. It appears that his children (William & Thomas) are living with their grandparents on the 1870 census (see below) so likely both parents died. William, the son of William, is buried in the same cemetery as his uncle David Hollis noted above.
Martha - spinster, still living when the 1880 census was taken
Ellender/Ellen - spinster, still living when the 1880 census was taken
